The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, right opposite the tram line. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit the many attractions within walking distance. The rooms are nicely designed and meticulously furnished, with everything in perfect condition. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service and is friendly. The breakfast is served in a cozy and comfortable room, offering a variety of options to start your day. The hotel also boasts a charming sitting area and offers car arrangement services.
Although the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, some guests have mentioned that the staff could be more welcoming and accommodating in their body language and attitude.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Located in a prime area, close to the center and near great restaurants, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility to all the main sights. With a tram stop right next to it, exploring the city becomes a breeze. The room, although small, has some nice features and character. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast, although basic, offers a decent selection to start your day.
The minibar in the room was broken, which was a disappointment.

This hotel had the best location in this city. It was in the center of almost everywhere and right opposite the tram line. We found plenty of great restaurants near Trastevere on the other side of the river and the piazza for a good choice of restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
There was nothing we didn't like.
